Brooklin

Brooklin is universally considered one of the most desirable areas of Sao Paulo. Brooklin Novo in Itaim Bibi serves as a major national and international hub for financial institutions, media and consultancy, and unlike many other financial services centres, Brooklin also offers and fashionable and bustling nightlife.

The primarily residential Brooklin Velho in Campo Belo is traditionally a German neighborhood, and boasts some of the top hotels and luxury flats Sao Paulo has to offer.

Crossed by major thoroughfares Avenida Santo Amaro, Avenida Ibirapuera and Marginal Pinheiros, flats in Brooklin have excellent road connections. Commuter train access by Line 9 Esmerelda is reachable on foot from some parts of Brooklin Novo and city busses also serve the whole Brooklin area. The newly-constructed purple metro line is due to provide a local station at Estação Brooklin-Campo Belo.
