Vila Olimpia

Vila Olimpia is a high-prestige and sought-after neighborhood in the west of Sao Paulo. It is one of the financial and commercial centres of the city, playing host to a number of multinational companies. Because it is such an important corporate hub, it can be difficult to find available flats in Vila Olimpia.

The area boasts many elite residential buildings, apartments and flats, which are famed for their cutting-edge technology because of a number of hi-tech ‘smart’ skyscrapers. Popular residential streets include Rua do Rocio Vila Olimpia and Rua Sao Tome.

The area is well-resourced both in transport and local amenities, with restaurants, business and retail outlets including the popular Shopping Vila Olimpia. Some of the areas of Vila Olimpia closer to Rio Pinheiros are served by the commuter train line 9, and the rest of the area is served by city busses. Road access is good via Marginal Pinheiros, Santo Amaro and Faria Lima.
